Criminal Housing, - Mortgage and Real Estate Scandals
In Dupage County Illinois and within the state of Texas it is being alleged that those within the banking industry are involved with various county government officials in a major real estate fraud against targeted age groups and those who are elderly/disabled.
Whereby within numerous lawsuits being filed and hidden from the public eye elected officials using the court system are robbing citizens blind and this is being covered up by the offices of the State Attorney, Attorney General because its clouted and tied back to there friends in office. These claims are backed within lawsuits filed whereby those with these complaints are met with the lack of investigation and or attacks because of bring forth these facts into public view.
The scams involve missing mortgage payments in some cases, which are misapplied or loss and or stated as not being received. One man had sent the payment in by certified mail which was signed and received by the mortgage bank but never applied because the bank allegedly sought to get this mans property.
This person paid his mortgage for 10 yrs on time but it seems that the Bank continuously attempted to place him into foreclosure because he was the target age and met the other requirements for a scam, which nets billions and is covered up because of the banks ties into county officials.
The corrupt game includes alleged murder as well whereby loan officials over the pass few years have been killed as others to cover up this conspiracy against citizens.
The victim has no relief because the banks are tied into those who are to oversea and investigate which includes the judicial system itself.
In Dupage County and other parts of Illinois they are involved in a very devious plot to take over the property and land held by the elderly and the disable who are placed in nursing homes. The game is to seek out those who had pay less than $50k for they property over 30-40 yrs ago, whereby they own the property and have a large sum of money built into property equity. They're lots and homes are now worth over $300-to over a million dollars because of current appraised values. These properties are being transferred into trust and taken over by fraudulent means alleged by many tied within the counties themselves.
The persons in these cases allege within lawsuits and complaints issued into the office of the Attorney General, States Attorney and others within Illinois that they're property is being stolen but no one will handle it because of the money that all maybe sharing and the ties into local politics.
This crime is far worse that the indictment of former Governor George Ryan but why is it not getting press.
It seems that a major cover-up and conspiracy within the policing agencies refuse to investigate exist as well.
I personally know that much of this is indeed true whereby I had investigated my filed litigation on a number of the same type cases based on renting fraud considering condo's and houses and found a pattern of deeds missing from county records whereby properties are founded without pin numbers and or proper address whereas a sale should never happen but does.
The properties in these cases are held in deep and secret trusts that are tied into the judicial systems within a network of corruption.
Once these properties are in-house and or within the judicial process they are then expartee within proceedings (one sided hearing) where the owner loses the property and the bank or others take over it.
The owner then goes to the policing agencies are they are told that they can't investigate they're claim and or the case is not handled at all because of clout alleged within the criminal investigation system itself.
The theft of homeowner's properties nets the counties Billions of dollars each year those who have filed these lawsuits alleged.
In the aftermath of the real estate fraud comes link to renting scams and fraud whereby tenants are the last of the link by renting property from fraudulent owners who milk the renter dry within a rent deposit scam which is tied right back within the system and those within the courts.

I guess, no one has a clue to what happened because there was no bill offered up, nor any one doing anything other than remaining silent about the matter.
Just like the countless numbers of times I had contacted the office of Senator Dick Durbin and Senator Obama in Illinois. In this case I had mailed, faxed and e-mailed a resolution and documents seeking to have the President and those within his cabinet investigated on the bases of "Treason" no response and no other action occured.
If this was the good old days of Bill Clinton, and of the time when Ken Starr was involved in acting as a independent prosecutor its seems that they all acted without any hesitance. The other factor was what is "What the word Independent means to them," when I had found in those days that Ken Starr had ties back into the then President Clinton Family. Therefore the word "Independent" by one definition is being separate and within another, can mean to them to be a part of!
I have watched as those within the position of the Senate and Congress refuse to move on these bills. It seems they will not even assign a number for an independent investigation – why?
The documents relating to the acts of Impeachment and Treason just sit within someone inn box without anyone investing the time or effort to investigate they're merit or act on the behalf of the public and no one has the ability to take a risk and do the job for the people by having the bill pass.
So to hear about Dan Dewalt and other organizers, draft a resolution, one that seems to be working in not only refreshing but gives the people and citizens of America hope that we can do something before the country is totally demised by those with poor judgment and lack of governing capabilities.

Contamination." The EPA allowed the States Attorney's Office to prosecute the case. Joe Birkett was the only one high enough to sit on those indictments. This case was never prosecuted, and Don Zeilenga and the Board Members were allowed

Judy Baar Topinka did Glen Good a favor in 1990 when she helped him get a job in state government, but he did her candidacy for governor no favors Wednesday when he mentioned her in the same breath as convicted felon Donald Udstuen.
The former state employee raised the specter of Topinka’s ties to George Ryan and his friends — something Topinka’s opponents have stressed in their campaigns — when he took the stand Wednesday in the corruption trial of George Ryan and laid out for the jury exactly
how he got that job.
Good, a Republican, told jurors that he had been working as a facilities manager at the Cook County Sheriff’s office when the then-sheriff
— Republican James O’Grady — was ousted by Democrat Michael Sheahan. Good contacted then-state Rep. Topinka, whom he had known since he was 11 years old, to see if there might be a place for him in state government.
Topinka, Good testified, said she would contact Ryan and Donald Udstuen, a private lobbyist. Later, she took Good along to a dinner at a Chicago restaurant and introduced him to Ryan. Central Management Services, a state agency that operates state buildings, later hired good in July of 1991.
Good, who only briefly took the stand Wednesday, did not say if Udstuen played any role in his hiring, or even if Topinka ever called him. But the tale raised the question of why Topinka would contact Udstuen, a private lobbyist for the Illinois State Medical Society, for a state job.
Udstuen pleaded guilty to tax fraud in June 2002, and prosecutors allege he used his position of favor with Ryan to shake down vendors.
Opponents of Topinka in the governor’s race said Wednesday’s snippet from the trial doesn’t impugn Topinka’s integrity, but does illustrate how close she was to Ryan.
“The practical part of the matter is it was Don Udstuen who worked with George Ryan. … I don’t think it says anything about Judy being a bad person,” said Steve Rauschenberger, an Elgin Republican legislator vying with Topinka for the Republican nomination for governor. “But I do think it reflects a little bit about her ability to be the reform candidate going forward.”
Rauschenberger bragged that Udstuen once worked to unseat him from his office.
“You can judge me by my enemies,” he said.
Topinka couldn’t be reached for comment, but her spokesman John Hoffman said she was likely just helping out a constituent.
“She probably recommended hundreds of constituents,” Hoffman said.
Although he didn’t know why Udstuen might have been called for a state job, he noted Udstuen knew a lot about government.
“He was part of one of the most prominent groups in Springfield, and if someone wanted to learn about state government, the medical society wasn’t a bad place to go,” Hoffman said.
